Foresight: The What, or the WHY?
How can we merge the science (neuroscience & psychology) with the human side of predicting the future (what it means in real, everyday work life)? In short, most teams are tracking the what and not the WHY. The big success Mars-Wrigley is having in foresight is pursuing the latter, and it’s the key to why stakeholders continue to reach out and leverage the foresight discipline.
